Get the scoop on new workshops by subscribing to my Knowing Ourselves Blog in which you'll receive weekly emails to help you know more about your perfectly imperfect self.
What are you hungry to learn about yourself next? Who are you becoming? What are you being pulled toward doing next?
There's something magical that can happen in groups with a similar intention. Right? Have you experienced that? In coming together as a group, each person's vision for what's possible expands. We receive a fresh, exhilarating new perspective of our lives. We leave with energized clarity and conviction for what's most important to us.
My current offering of personal development workshops are listed below.

Sitka Art Circles are a way to come together in a casual atmosphere to enliven your creative spirit through facilitated projects.
In this session you’ll get to know the creative side of yourself (like a friend!) from different perspectives. We’ll invite your muse to playfully express itself with colored markers to nurture, expand, and deepen your relationship with each other. Your mind and heart will dance with a sense of wonder as we ponder thought provoking questions in group discussions and private journaling. Your insights will lead to solid commitments for action. You'll leave knowing how to connect with your creative self in the future.
The light-hearted artistic activities are designed for people with no art experience.
This workshop is located at the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology on the beautiful Oregon Coast just north of Lincoln City, with views of the ocean, and Cascade Head a short hike away.
We'll gather on August 12, 2018 from 10 am to 2 pm.
See more details and register on the Sitka Center's website.
Here's a fun idea...gather some friends for a fun get-away weekend at the coast and take this workshop together! You can stay in nearby Lincoln City, Neskowin, or Pacific City.
