New to this blog? Here's the scoop:
On August 10, 2015, my husband Keith and I took off on our motorcycles for a 2-ish year journey from Oregon to the southern tip of South America. During this time, I'm dedicating this blog to the inner journey taking place as a result of our adventure.
This video was created on October 24, 2015, day 74 on the road.
A bit about this video:
Keith and I are in Austin (one time in the video I say, Houston, oops) waiting for Hurricane Patricia to pass. Thanks to the remarkable generosity of 3 motorcyclists we met in Big Bend National Park, we have a condo all to ourselves. It's exactly what we needed, when we needed it and we are beyond grateful!
My wish is that these videos about our trip also connect with people's lives outside travel. How about going inside yourself and pondering these questions?
How are you doing on taking care of your basic needs such as eating well, resting enough, and moving your body?
What's the first thing that pops into your mind when you think of something you might like to change?
What if you approached the thing you might like to change with curiosity and compassion?
What might you experiment with doing differently today?
